Biography:
Adrian Toomes, portrayed by Michael Keaton, is the Vulture in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). He first appears in Spider-Man: Homecoming.
Toomes is initially a salvage company owner contracted to clean up after the Battle of New York. When Damage Control, a joint venture between Tony Stark and the U.S. government, takes over, he loses his contract and is driven to desperation.
Fuelled by resentment towards Stark and the wealthy elite, Toomes and his crew use salvaged Chitauri technology to create weapons and equipment, including the Vulture flight suit. He becomes a criminal kingpin, selling the weapons on the black market and posing a significant threat to Spider-Man. His motivations are primarily driven by providing for his family and maintaining his livelihood.
